The Court of Amber -Ranks and Titles
There are numerous elements of the aristocracy and the government.
In many ways there are competing lines of influence and advancement as well as authority and duties in Amber. Each Ministry has its own levels. As does the nobility. The Ministries are the immediate government of Amber. The Nobility control out lying regions and in many ways have similar, if simpler structures beneath them.
The final authority is the King of Amber.
